Ardyss International is a network marketing company that relies on a direct selling business model. In this model, you do all you can to market the companies products to product regular customers. The plus side to all of this is that you can recruit your customers and they can recruit their friends to help you sell more product. In the end you generate more commission then you would if you were doing everything yourself and you start to build an organization that will do it on a monthly basis. But how do you take it to the next level? How do you start to build an organization so you can create leverage in your business?
Develop A Team System
To make your organization work, you first need to have a good working business model that is simple and that anyone can follow when they join you. It can be as easy as having a showcase to complex as developing a website or blog. What ever the case, this is the meat and potatoes of it all. Remember, when you are talking to people who are most likely to join you, they want to know for sure that they are going to make money so you have to show them something that will help them see that they will.
Have regular team meetings
Some people believe that this does not work but this is what all of the top gurus do, they have weekly or bi weekly meetings with team members to discuss strategy and to give out tips on how each team member can grow their business. Taking an hour or two a week to talk about how to increase each ones business can be a great tool to use to attract new prospects and can also let you know as a team leader what your team is struggling with and what things are working.
Congratulate those who do well
When people reach a certain level in the company or experience some success celebrate it. It really helps boost team confidence. People will never know how much they are appreciated until you show them how much you care. Celebrate the small and large victories in your organization and watch you see your sales team grow beyond measure.
